Quotes and bookings
Every booking is confirmed by a written quote setting out the course, dates, duration and fee. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote.
Entry requirements
Participants must be able to converse efficiently in English, with full fluency in reading, writing and comprehension. Any applicable GCAA prerequisites must be fulfilled before registration.
Assessment and certification
Assessment covers knowledge, skills and attitude. The pass mark is 80%, with distinction at 90%. Successful participants receive a certificate indicating the applicable GCAA course code, valid for 24 months, subject to the training provider’s approval conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
Changes and cancellations
Arrangements for rescheduling or cancelling a booking are set out in your written quote.
